Best Drones for Beginners to Buy [2022]
When you are first looking to fly a drone I can’t recommend enough the importance of starting with a drone under $300. It will allow you to see if flying a drone is a hobby you like and will also help you learn the basics of flying a drone without the fear of crashing a $1000 quadcopter. The list of drones below are all under $300 and are targeted at kids and first-time drone flyers.
We have reviewed many of the drones on this list so feel free to check out our review section for more information on a specific drone. In addition, I recommend checking out videos on YouTube of the drone you are most interested in. It’s a great way to really learn more about a drone.
If you can, I would recommend starting with a drone for under $300. This will get a drone with a few more options and a little bit more durability. Then, after you’ve spent some time with that drone, you can then upgrade to a model somewhere in the $500-$700 range.
Right now, I recommend the Holy Stone GPS FPV RC Drone HS100. I believe this is the best bang for your buck when it comes to drones.
